Community Health Services Developement (CHSD): The names and locations of the communities who participated in the CHSD program in 2008 are shown on this map.
Dental Screening: The communities that participated in the 2008 dental screenings are shown on the following map.
Grant Programs: The program office of the Montana Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and the Montana Office of Rural Health provides grants to health care facilities and different health profession organizations to conduct some of the pragrammatic activities. The majority of these grants are made to Critcial Access Hospitals and the other Regional AHEC Center Offices. This map displays the community locations of the grants issued in 2008.
High School Summer Program: The following map shows the hometowns of the students who participated in the 2008 high school summer programs.
Hospital Visits: In 2008, sixteen Critical Access Hospitals were visited by the MT AHEC/ORH to learn about the various issues facing the facilities and to offer various kinds of technical assistance. This map shows the locations of the hospitals that were visited in 2008.
Letters of Support: The MT ORH provides Letters of Support to assist a varitey of organizations in obtaining grants. In 2008, the MT ORH prepared fifteen Letters of Support. The community locations of the facilities, associations, and organizations that received a Letter of Support are shown on this map.
Montana AHEC Regions: This map shows the designated AHEC regions; including the Indian Reservations in the respective service areas.
Montana AHEC/ORH Program Activities: This map illustrates the extensive outreach of the offices to communities throughout the state. The total number of program activites conducted in 2008 was 260.
Montana AHEC/ORH Advisory Board Members: This map displays the community locations of the members of the advisory board.
Montana Healthcare Workforce Advisory Committee: This map shows the community locations of the members of the Montana Healthcare Workforce Advisory Committee (MHWAC).
Rural and Underserved Opportunities Program (R/UOP): This map displays where the locations of the summer of 2008 R/UOP experiences occurred.
Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP): The map shows the community locations of all forty-seven Critical Access Hospitals in Montana.
Student/Resident Experiences in Community Health (SEARCH): The community-based locations of the SEARCH students for 2008 are shown on this map.
Targeting Rural and Underserved Track Program (TRUST): The training sites for the first three TRUST program students are shown on this map.
