This workshop will examine the interplay between health and community well-being. Facilitator Alana Knudson, Co-Director of the NORC Walsh Center for Rural Analysis at the University of Chicago, will lead a dialogue on multi-sector engagement to address rural health and economic needs.
Jessica Miller, SHIP Coordinator for the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, will also present the new Montana State Health Improvement Plan, including proposed priorities and next steps. Hosted by Montana Primary Care Association and Montana State University Office of Rural Health/AHEC
