MSU CON Mobile Health Training FAQ

You can earn the 80 hours through a variety of educational offerings.  

You can enroll in a 1-credit online IPE course that will be co-taught by MSU nursing and UM pharmacy and social work in Spring 2020.  This would meet your 40 hours of IPE didactic for the year. 

Your other option is to do 40 hours of online continuing education trainings (free online modules, webinars, TedTalks, Podcasts) or attending conferences that are listed on the AHEC Scholars Resource Page.

These trainings must cover one of the following core topic areas: interprofessional education, behavioral health integration, practice transformation, cultural competency, social determinants of health, and new and emerging health issues, i.e. Zika virus, opioid use disorder, etc.
